1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and ck1947 (hereinafter "ck1947", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at https://ck1947.cam and all associated services, features, content and products made available through it (collectively, "the Services").

By creating an account, accessing the website or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets or other non-cashable incentives credited to an Account subject to applicable Wagering Requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under applicable regulations.
• "Payment Method" means any accepted deposit or withdrawal channel, including but not limited to bank transfer and digital wallets commonly used in Pakistan.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• "Platform" means the ck1947 website, mobile-optimised site and any associated applications.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, informational and support services provided by ck1947 through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Void Bet" means a wager that has been cancelled and for which the original stake is returned to the User's Account.

3Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register an Account and use the Services. ck1947 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close an Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must:

• Be a natural person of legal age as stated in clause 3.1;
• Provide accurate, current and complete personal information as requested during the registration process;
• Not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law;
• Not be an employee, agent, contractor or close family member of ck1947 or any associated entity;
• Not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. ck1947 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any winnings or Bonus Funds generated through a duplicate Account without prior notice.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions, user

in certain territories may be restricted from accessing the Services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ck1947 makes no representations that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

4Account Security

4.1 Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another person's Account for any purpose.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account, you must notify ck1947 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. ck1947 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4.3 Accurate Information

You undertake to keep all Account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any change of address, contact number, email or payment method must be promptly updated through your Account settings or by contacting customer support.

5Acceptable Use

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of the Platform:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or connected systems;
• Introduce viruses, malware, trojans, worms or other harmful code into the Platform;
• Use automated software, bots, scrapers, crawlers or similar tools to interact with the Platform without prior written consent from ck1947;
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other activity that ck1947 reasonably determines to constitute fraud;
• Use VPN services, proxy servers or other tools to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions;
• Engage in money laundering or use the Platform to facilitate any financial crime;
• Harass, threaten or abuse any member of the ck1947 customer support team or other platform users.

5.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

ck1947 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this clause and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate suspension or permanent closure of the offending Account, forfeiture of any Account Balance and referral of the matter to law enforcement authorities.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The Platform may support various payment methods that are familiar to Pakistani users, including bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as digital wallet options commonly used in Pakistan. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change and is displayed within the Platform at the time of transaction. Payment method names referenced on this Platform are for informational context only and do not imply any endorsement by, or commercial affiliation with, those institutions.

6.2 Currency

All Account Balances and transactions are denominated in the currency displayed within your Account interface. Where PKR is used as the display currency, applicable conversion rates (if any) will be disclosed to you prior to completing a transaction.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all Accounts. Specific minimum and maximum amounts are published within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method. ck1947 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following general conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed to the satisfaction of ck1947 before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder;
• Any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be fulfilled before the associated real-money funds can be withdrawn;
• ck1947 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

6.5 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable verification requirements. ck1947 will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to payment provider processing schedules.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, ck1947 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible games or markets will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within the stated validity period will result in the automatic forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotional offer specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit thresholds, opt-in requirements, geographic restrictions and maximum stake limits when wagering with Bonus Funds. Users found to be circumventing bonus conditions — including through the use of multiple accounts, matched betting techniques or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and their Account may be suspended.

7.4 Illustrative Figures

Any bonus amounts referenced in promotional materials on the Platform (for example, welcome offers expressed in PKR) are illustrative examples unless confirmed as live offers by the operator. Actual offer values are determined at the time of the promotion and are subject to change.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued to the User. ck1947 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including where it suspects irregular wagering activity.

8.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, systems error or manifest pricing error, ck1947 reserves the right to void any affected bets. A manifest error is defined as an obvious and blatant mistake — for example, where cricket match odds for a PSL fixture or an ICC tournament event are published at a price so clearly incorrect that no reasonable person would have accepted it as genuine. In such cases, voided stakes will be returned to the User's Account.

8.3 Live Betting

In-play or live betting markets are subject to additional volatility. Odds are updated in real time and may change or be suspended without prior notice, particularly around key sporting events such as Pakistan national cricket matches, PSL fixtures, ICC World Cup games, and other high-profile international competitions. ck1947 is not liable for any delay in odds updates attributable to data feed latency or network conditions.

8.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply and are published within the Platform. ck1947 will not be obliged to pay any winnings that exceed the published maximum payout limits, regardless of the stated odds at the time the bet was placed.

8.5 Game Integrity

ck1947 is committed to the integrity of the games and markets offered on the Platform. Any User found to be engaging in conduct that undermines game integrity — including but not limited to collusion, chip dumping in live dealer games or exploitation of software vulnerabilities — will have their Account suspended and any associated winnings forfeited pending investigation.

9Responsible Gambling

ck1947 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides Users with a range of tools to help manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through Account settings and are processed promptly upon request.

10Intellectual Property

All content published on the ck1947 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of ck1947 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of ck1947, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

The ck1947 name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of ck1947. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, trade name or logo of ck1947 without our prior written permission.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck1947 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Any technical malfunction, interruption, error or omission in the Platform or its supporting infrastructure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ck1947 customer support. Prior to closure, you are responsible for withdrawing any eligible real-money Balance from your Account. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.2 Termination by ck1947

ck1947 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account with or without prior notice where it determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false, inaccurate or misleading information at any stage;
• The User has engaged in fraudulent, abusive or otherwise prohibited conduct;
• The User has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Continued operation of the Account would expose ck1947 to regulatory, legal or reputational risk.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for any reason, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability and dispute resolution — shall survive termination.

13Amendments

ck1947 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with clause 12.1.

14Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the operator holds its licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of the User's country of residence.

ck1947 operates under an international gaming licence. The Platform is not licensed, authorised or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority of Pakistan. Users accessing the Platform from within Pakistan do so at their own risk and on their own initiative. ck1947 does not provide legal advice and users are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel regarding the applicability of local laws to their use of the Platform.
