Responsible Gambling Tools

Every tool listed below is available directly through your ck1947 Account settings. They are free to use and enforced automatically by the Platform the moment you apply them.

Set a maximum amount you can deposit into your ck1947 account over a daily, weekly or monthly period. Once your chosen limit is reached, further deposits are blocked until the period resets. You can lower your limit instantly; increases take a cooling-off period to take effect.

Define the maximum amount in PKR you are comfortable losing within a set timeframe — daily, weekly or monthly. When your net losses reach that threshold, the Platform will prevent further betting activity for the remainder of the period, regardless of your account balance.

Cap the total value of bets you can place within a defined period. This is particularly useful for sports betting users who place multiple small wagers across PSL matches, T20 internationals and other events, keeping cumulative exposure within a pre-agreed boundary.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum duration for each gambling session. When your session reaches the limit, the Platform will prompt you to take a break or log out. You can also configure on-screen reminders that appear at regular intervals to let you know how long you have been playing.

Cool-Off Periods

Take a short break from gambling for a defined period — 24 hours, 48 hours, one week or up to six weeks. During a cool-off period your account is suspended for betting and deposits; you can still log in to withdraw funds. Cool-off periods cannot be cancelled once activated.

Self-Exclusion

Choose to self-exclude from ck1947 for a period of six months, one year, three years or permanently. During self-exclusion your account is closed, deposits and withdrawals are frozen (pending balances are returned), and you will be removed from all marketing communications.
